Our MC121 Elite Development Days run during every half-term holiday, providing players with a high-energy, development-focused environment to improve their game, challenge themselves and enjoy football alongside other players.

Designed to combine enjoyment with purposeful player development, our Elite Development Days feature structured coaching sessions, technical practices, match play and competitive challenges. Every activity has a clear objective, helping players develop their technical ability, decision-making, confidence and understanding of the game.

Led by experienced coaches, each day follows a planned structure designed to keep players engaged, motivated and challenged at the appropriate level. From ball mastery, dribbling and passing to finishing, movement and game-related decision-making, our sessions focus on developing skills that players can transfer directly into matches.

We welcome boys and girls aged 7–15 of all abilities, with players grouped appropriately to ensure they receive the right level of challenge and support throughout the day.
